PT Tube:

PT tube is mainly used for coagulation testing(PT/APTT/TT/FBG)and the guidance for clinical therapeutic Drug monitoring and detection of coagulation factors.
The additive is 3.2% sodium citrate and the concentration ratio for additives and blood is 1:9.
Mixing Requirments:After blood collectio,turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shake it 3-4 times carefully.

EDTA tube contain EDTAK2 or EDTAK3.

Gel And Clot Activator Tube

The inner wall of Gel&clot activator tube is coated with coagulant,which can accelerate the blood coagualation.
Gel is used to separate the corporal ingredients of the blood and serum after centrifugation. It can improve the quality and yield of serum,to keep the stability of blood components for a long time.
Gel has a very strong stability and is not easy to adsorb the protein in the blood.It can make accurate results for drug testing and biochemical tests.
Mixing Requirments:After blood collection,turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shake 5-8 timescarefully.
Centrifugation Conditions:after 30 minutes of blood collection,10 minutes' centrifugation at 1300-2000g,10 minutes with room temperature 25ºC
